See how the athlete moves.

Technical review connects what a coach sees in motion to practical cues, drills, and training decisions.

Movement worth reviewingA real side or three-quarter running view with the full stride visible; consistent light and enough space for future annotations.

What can a review examine?

Posture, rhythm, foot contact, limb action, movement symmetry, and how technique changes across speed, fatigue, and event demands.

What comes after observation?

The useful output is a small set of priorities: cues, drills, strength needs, or workout adjustments that can be integrated into existing coaching.

Is there one ideal running form?

No universal model is promised. Review should account for the athlete’s body, event, experience, current training, and the context in which the movement was recorded.

What is still being finalized?

Recording requirements, analysis method, deliverable, follow-up, provider scope, and pricing are still to confirm.
